Editor: J's translations cannot be taken as accurate, but 深紅色 is not specifically "scarlet". Of course in English (and in Chinese) people use color words rather indiscriminately, thus they will say "he turned crimson" or "he turned scarlet" w/o being aware of what those colors really are. |
