反覆 is more usual.
M has both 反覆 and 反復, with a restricted def for the 2nd.
覆 and 復 are widely used interchangeably, it's hard to say that there is a real difference.
Diff:
- 反覆 反覆 [fan3 fu4] /to turn sth over/
+ 反覆 反复 [fan3 fu4] /repeatedly/over and over/to upend/unstable/to come and go/(of an illness) to return/
- 反復 反复 [fan3 fu4] /repeatedly/over and over/
+ 反復 反复 [fan3 fu4] /variant of 反覆|反复[fan3 fu4]/
