"give a straightforward account": that's what K says, and I can't beat it. I added the simpler "disclose", more appropriate for uses like:
“扒手!这是怎样深沉的堕落哟!这好对他的女人直陈吗?”

Editor: It seems more like "to say straight out; to point out bluntly" in most cases I looked at.
