Editor: As far as I can see, Dremel is just a US brand of power tools.
I use a 電磨 regularly for bread-making, and I'm a native speaker of English, but I've never heard of a "dremel".
I believe 磨 here is the sense defined as 把糧食等研碎的工具, which is mo4, not mo2.
