"you only have to lift a finger" seems off.
I think it's best expressed as a noun phrase (as it is in Chinese).

J A K

只是「舉手之勞」的捐精尚且如此,更何況是取卵手續麻煩的捐卵。
This is the case for sperm even though donation is an easy task, and all the more so for ova, where a more onerous retrieval procedure is required.

地下水亦是舉手之勞就能取得。
Groundwater can also be obtained with little effort.
Diff:
- 舉手之勞 举手之劳 [ju3 shou3 zhi1 lao2] /as easy as lifting one's hand (idiom); no effort at all/you only have to lift a finger/
+ 舉手之勞 举手之劳 [ju3 shou3 zhi1 lao2] /lit. the exertion of lifting one's hand (idiom)/fig. a very slight effort/
