Does it actually ever mean I? you?
How about "(inclusive) we" or is it not clear enough?

In any case, perhaps we could move [za2 men5] in the main entry as a /also pronounced [za2 men5]/ ?
Diff:
- 咱們 咱们 [za2 men5] /see 咱們|咱们[zan2 men5]/
# + 咱們 咱们 [za2 men5] /see 咱們|咱们[zan2 men5]/

- 咱們 咱们 [zan2 men5] /we or us (including both the speaker and the person(s) spoken to)/I or me/you/
# + 咱們 咱们 [zan2 men5] /we or us (including both the speaker and the person(s) spoken to)/I or me/you/
# Yves' definition:
+ 咱們 咱们 [zan2 men5] /we or us (including both the speaker and the person(s) spoken to)/(dialect) I or me/(dialect)(in a coaxing or familiar way) you/also pr. [za2 men5]/
