- One of innumerable **十足 expressions that are mostly pretty much constructs: 勇氣十足, 信心十足, ...
- Doesn't mean "exuberant manner". In fact, 派頭十足 isn't even a noun.
- The only other **十足 expression we have is 星相十足 (which does deserve an entry).

J ~
一位派头十足的老头
an important-looking old man

The elevator boys ooze the spit and polish of West Point cadets and in polite English remind you that you must not smoke inside their lifts.
开电梯的人像西点军校的学生那样衣着整洁,派头十足,并用彬彬有礼的英语提醒乘客不得在电梯里吸烟。
[These elevator boys are hardly "exuberant". They are impressive and restrained in their manner.]

We all admired his masterful bearing.
我们都羡慕他派头十足的风度。

Editor: I would not mind if we had a few xx十足. And M@派头 example is 派头十足, so maybe this expression is one of the more common uses of the word.
But "exuberant" is clearly not the word. Wrong entries should be deleted ASAP
