On second thought, maybe useful as an example of this use of 去 Editor: deletion was a distinct possibility. After discussion, retain as an example of this idiomatic use of 去, which would be hard to explain in the entry for 去. And this particular expression is very common. (but on the other hand, this idiomatic use is not difficult to internalize for an English speaker) See the change log for 在那兒. People who think it's a construct don't understand the idiomatic flavor. |
