An enclosure is "an area that is surrounded by a barrier".
A 圍牆 is the *barrier* itself, not the area inside.
柏林圍牆 is the Berlin Wall, not the Berlin Enclosure

M ~ 上面無蓋,不蔽風雨,只分界線的牆。
LA ~ 築於建築物、園林等四周,可做為分界、擋攔等用途的牆壁。

At the nearly 70-year-old baseball park in Taichung, the numbers on the scoreboard are still written by hand, and girl fans, leaning over the low fence that separates the stands from the field, hand players iced milk tea as they come back to the dugout between innings.
