But I don't think "queasy" is one of the better ones for a concise definition of the word. By the way, in the sentence you quote, it's 忐忑不安 that is translated as "queasy" rather than just 忐忑. One thing to which our attention is drawn by your submission is the gloss "mentally disturbed". That appears in various dictionaries, but it's well off the mark. I imagine the original author of that gloss was trying to convey the idea of a disturbed state of mind, but "mentally disturbed" sounds like it's referring to a fairly serious mental *disorder*, and that's not what 忐忑 means.
