<< review queue entry 52735 >> I think "aroused to indignation" is not the best definition for this word, I think its meaning is more general, not necessarily having to do with indignation. In my 新華字典, it is defined as "(情緒、語調等)激動昂揚". In the 國語辭典, it is defined more or less the same. In my pocket oxford chinese dictionary (2003), it is defined as "impassioned" It seems there is no explicit mention of indignation in any of these definitions, so just "impassioned" might be better. At least I think "aroused to indignation" is not a good definition by itself by not being general enough (as one can be impassioned but not necessarily with indignation).
