But given that 胗 means gizzard, especially of a duck or chicken, and 珍 means treasure or pearl, it should be self-evident. If you (want to be a moron) and continue searching for 鸡珍, press here." It says that because it is wrong. The only people who write 鸡珍 are not very well educated people who don't know any better. In this case richwarm and feilipu. In the future, please do some research before you enter a word. It really only takes a couple of seconds in a lot of cases. -------------------------------------------------------------- Editor: I know it must seem crazy to you, given that 金 means "gold", but 鸡内金 really does mean "chicken gizzard lining"! By the way, 珍 doesn't mean "pearl" — but that's an understandable mistake in a non-native speaker. Next time, just take a few extra seconds to check. :-) |
