"off" should be correct (not of)

Editor: Yes, it's no doubt a typo, but the whole definition seems to be based on a misreading of a definition written in Chinese (such as 向下滑,也指走下坡路). Some other poor definitions out there are "coast downward" (Z) and "to slide fast" (N).

The current definition doesn't fit
他一不小心,從山坡上出溜下來。
全身都出溜下去。
训练成绩近来直往下出溜。
Diff:
- 出溜 出溜 [chu1 liu1] /to skate of/to walk off downhill/
# + 出溜 出溜 [chu1 liu1] /to skate off/to walk off downhill/
+ 出溜 出溜 [chu1 liu5] /to slip/to slide/
