猪扒 (pa2) and 鸡扒 (yes, ji1 pa2, not ji ba which means 'dick') are simply synonyms for 猪排 and 鸡排, and not in Macao, but everywhere in China, something like 鸡扒饭 is a very common dish

I've spent years eating this stuff in both southern and northern China, but since you're not going to believe me anyway, here are some links:
