i previously submitted this entry at the character level (拿), but i think it'd be better to have the whole phrase, since it's a rather unique sense of 拿 in this case.

(真)拿你没办法 seems to be a common phrase (esp. in TW?) and is usually used as a way of giving in to the other party's nagging etc (say, a mom giving in to her kid's nagging for cookies, saying to him "真拿你没办法" and then giving him cookies). it's a bit hard to translate it, so any help would be welcome.

喜歡你所以拿你沒辦法
好吧你赢了肯德基还真拿你没办法
天府早报,别以为法律真拿你没办法!
又到节日来临时:爱情啊,我们拿你没办法

~ J examples:

and you can't do anything about it, right?
而你却拿它没办法,对吧?

You try to talk some sense to our son. I've come to the end of my tether with him.
你设法开导开导我们的儿子吧。我可是拿他没办法了。

~ some other examples:

When she loses her temper, there's nothing you can do about it.
当她发脾气时,你简直拿她没办法。

Wife:(Bites his hand) There's nothing you can do about that today darling. It's the New Year.
妻子:(咬他的手一口)亲爱的,你今天也拿我没办法,现在是新年。

here's another example i found in a dictionary definition of the proverb 不怕凶,只怕穷: "谓凶的人还可以想法对付,对精穷者要钱没有,你便拿他没法。"

==================
Editor: there are various forms of this phrase and I'm sure there are other possible translations, but I'll go with this for now.
