<< review queue entry 39088 - submitted by 'ycandau' >> N, F, Z --------------------------------------- Editor: I added to the discussion before processing. Basically, OED confirms that - "own" is optional in "after one's own heart" (as Yves knew, but I didn't) - the phrase is ambiguous Here's the OED definition: "after a person's (own) heart : sharing or according with a person's (own) tastes, views, or sympathies." So I added "charming person" to indicate that it's not the "sharing one's tastes" sense. |
