Wiktionary says "(literary) in danger of toppling; in peril (of a government)" http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E5%82%BE%E5%8D%B1 and refers to M, which has 1 險詐。 2 傾斜欲倒。 3 國勢不安，有滅亡的危險。 Examples: 1) 1983年，因寺内建筑物严重倾危，遂重建阿拉伯式建筑，1984年9月竣工。 2) “杌隉”的解释是倾危不安的样子。 [Note: 杌隉 isn't in cedict -- it means "1 unsettled; unstable 2 uneasy; disturbed; restless" (according to F) ] 3) 妖魔乱世，天降寒霜、众生倾危。 4) 在法蘭克王國傾危之際，聖女貞德(Joan of Arc，1412-1431)奮勇抗英以死喚起法人民族意識...
