<< review queue entry 48754 - submitted by 'corey' >> I have recently spoken with a native speaker in Liao Ning who said that the tone on the second word ought to be 2, instead of a neutral tone. This tone change also corresponds with an entry I just found in a http://www.archchinese.com/chinese_english_dictionary.html?find=%E4%BD%BF%E5%BE%97 However that web site seems to show both pronunciations. In any case, I think CC-edict might want to have both pronunciations. Editor: I think the pinyin's fine as it is; and anyway, having de5 doesn't mean that it can't also be correct to say de2. |
