What is "lost labor"? I'm not familiar with that term.
One dict suggests "miscarriage".

1.(耽误了工作) delay one's work
2.(耽误时间) loss of working time

J ~ 他们每年由于彻夜狂饮而导致第二天误工的天数加起来已经超过了260万天。
with Australians claiming more than2.6 million sick days a year as a result of a night on the booze.
Diff:
- 誤工 误工 [wu4 gong1] /lost labor/
+ 誤工 误工 [wu4 gong1] /to delay one's work/to be late for or absent from work/loss of working time/

- 誤工費 误工费 [wu4 gong1 fei4] /cost of lost labor/
# unnecessary - construct
