"auspiciousness" is "the favorable quality of strongly indicating a successful result" It's not the "successful result" (good fortune) itself, but rather the *quality* of indicating a good fortune. I don't think we want to say that the dragon and the phoenix *bring* that quality -- they (are said to) *have* that quality. They bring good fortune, not auspiciousness. They are auspicious; they don't "bring auspiciousness". I see 龙凤呈祥 used as an adjective: - 龙凤呈祥的卡垫 (J) - 龍鳳呈祥的宮殿式裝潢 (TP) - 龙凤呈祥的大饼 "2 big mooncakes carved with dragons and phoenix" - 我试过接洽一些龙凤呈祥的show，...
