I think "industrialist" is a better match for 工业家. The Wp article for 企業家 matches the one for "Entrepreneur", and says 企業家，（英語：Entrepreneur），即自己創立企業的商人。 I don't think we need "enterpriser". The Webster definition just refers you to the entry for "entrepreneur".
