The only reference that I found that says it's a verb is nciku's Comprehensive Chinese-English Dictionary, which seems to be a copy of CEDICT's definition: 连枷 [liánjiā] 1. noun [Agriculture] flail; also “梿枷” 2. verb [Agriculture] to thresh (using a flail) Editor: 连耞 ---> GF says 现在一般写作“连枷”。 So we could basically make it a variant, but we already list 耞 as a variant of 枷 at the character level, so it's not needed. Besides, 梿枷 doesn't seem like a common spelling at all (a couple of thousand hits on Baidu if you search for "连耞"), so I'm removing it. |
