In various sources there are more enlightening definitions such as the following: 虚实夹杂 intermingled deficiency and excess 虚实夹杂证; 英文名称：: syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess 寒热夹杂. 生词本. [医] intermingling cold and heat 寒热夹杂型 cold and heat mixed type 寒热夹杂 the condition of mixed Cold and Heat 3) In summary, this is not a new word. It's just 夹杂[jia1 za2], which is already in CEDICT with an appropriate definition: "a mix". |
