baidu dictionary:
猛地往下放,着地很重:易碎物品,勿~!

LMA:
重重地往下放:请轻放勿蹾

Cambridge dictionary defines plop as:
to sit down or land heavily or without taking care, or to put something down without taking care

which is the same thing...

my English is getting worse - so please add any other appropriate verbs for putting things down heavily....
