A very rare translation. It was very hard to find the information, with correct translating of one of the websites (zdic.net). In fact, this being that I mean, Google has no idea what it means. ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA. Here are the websites I could find. (Note: The original information is what it means in the Japanese variant.)

1) The first reference is for a different word – 寓意 – and the second reference confirms that our definition is on the right track, except that it's a *noun*: 对自己意见的谦称 ("my humble opinion").

2) Sometimes people write 愚意 in error when they mean 寓意:

3) 中国古代是如何称呼别人的?尊称/谦称/对朋友如何称呼?
1、用形容词来修饰,以示谦下,常见的有:
