Editor: 1 Pleco's PLC has "有爱:friendly and close; friendly affection" Given the similarity to 友愛 and the fact that that was apparently not in the original FLTRP base, I say the Pleco team made an error here, accepted 有愛 as a wrong spelling of 友愛. 2 in R's examples it could be short for 有愛心. or 友愛? It's hard to find similar examples; mostly it's like 我对巧克力都很有爱, not "compassionate" 3. clearly also an internetism, baffles a good many people:有爱是什么意思 Answers show that mostly people do not know.
