Originally found while working on a character decomposition program. Listed on http://chinese-characters.org/meaning/2/20087.html#.UOOPmb1mIb0 , though without a pronunciation, as left hand. Quoting that site, "The left hand; when characters were first written this was considered identical to right hand 又; the only character where the difference is significant is 左" [1].

http://www.zdic.net/zd/zi3/ZdicF0ZdicA0Zdic82Zdic87.htm has some pronunciation, and lists left hand as one of three meanings.

https://zh.wiktionary.org/zh/%F0%A0%82%87 just lists the pronunciation. So does http://www.unicode.org/cgi-bin/GetUnihanData.pl?codepoint=%F0%A0%82%87

[1] I don't fully agree with that though, since one can distinguish whether a character's visual U+20087 part came from a right (又) or left (U+20087) hand by looking at the calligraphic stroke order. It's not the same for 右 and 左.
editor: sorry, CEdict doesn't support this range of Unicode yet.
