I wonder why MoE says it's 舊音 -- I hear [Fa4] in videos such as http://www.appledaily.com.tw/appledaily/article/supplement/20120623/34319620/ [fa4] is also used in transliteration in Taiwan, apparently -- e.g. 法西斯分子. And similarly, FE and Dr.eye both give [e4] for 俄 in transliteration (such as US states, including Ohio and Oregon). |
