My local swimming pool has regulations about the 池畔 (3.7m g hits). Jukuu has entries like" 玩花池，在“吴王井”畔 狗伏在他的身畔 泉畔的生命又恢复常态。 Jukuu has many fewer entries for zdict's third meaning, but it does have He's so aggressive I always feel ill-at-ease in his company. 他太爱寻畔了，因此在他的公司里我老是觉得不自在。 and Jack picked a fight with Barry and came off worst. 杰克寻畔和巴里打架，结果大吃其苦头。 I confess that I am not sure how to reflect this meaning and leave it to others to suggest entries for 尋畔 or 畔援.
