Another one that has remained in CEDICT untouched since 1998, probably because it seemed plausible, not obviously wrong.

I suppose it was intended to refer to the suffix used in words like barkeeper, goalkeeper, beekeeper, bookkeeper,
housekeeper, doorkeeper, gamekeeper, gatekeeper, groundskeeper, shopkeeper, scorekeeper, timekeeper

But "keeper" isn't marked as a suffix, and one dictionary gives the following definition of "keeper"

a person or thing that keeps; specif., a guard, as of prisoners or animals, a guardian or protector, CHIEFLY BRIT. a curator,
a custodian; caretaker, BRIT. a gamekeeper
any of several devices for keeping something in place, as a clasp
something that keeps or lasts (well or poorly)
INFORMAL something worth keeping, as a fish large enough for a fisherman to keep legally
☆ FOOTBALL a play in which the quarterback takes the ball from the center and runs with it

and that doesn't seem to match 管理人 very well.

And "keeper" doesn't work very well for 破產管理人 -- "bankruptcy keeper"? or "trustee in bankruptcy"?
nor for 维修管理人 "maintenance keeper"? or "maintenance supervisor"?

Better to treat 管理人 as a construct (delete it)?
Or take our definition of 管理 (to supervise/to manage/to administer) and make it
/supervisor/manager/administrator/ ?
(these words better match the usage on J)
Diff:
- 管理人 管理人 [guan3 li3 ren2] /keeper/
# + 管理人 管理人 [guan3 li3 ren2] /keeper/
+ 管理人 管理人 [guan3 li3 ren2] /supervisor/manager/administrator/
