At the 台北美食饗宴展覽 there were stalls selling 米糆, where the 糆 was perhaps tautological but plainly meant rice noodles. MoE's dictionary of character variants gives 糆 as a variant of 麵 http://dict.variants.moe.edu.tw/yitia/fra/fra04763.htm
and zdict gives 米屑
I have added all three meanings, although my personal knowledge only extends to 'rice noodles'.
Also not sure of the simplified.
Diff:
+ 糆 糆 [mian4] /variant of 麵|面[mian4]/rice noodles/rice fragments/
