A loofah sponge is 丝瓜络. Sometimes this gets conflated incorrectly with sponges in general. Loofahs show up in taobao searches only because the sellers are using multiple keywords. 澡巾 is the best match for a scrub mitt. 21,500 hits for 澡花 isn't compelling, image hits are a mix, and many of these are 洗个澡花..., where 澡 belongs to 洗个澡. A puff is specifically the plastic mesh balls. A sponge is more general.
