<< review queue entry 42186 - submitted by 'xiaoxiong' >> http://baike.baidu.com/view/2377293.htm ABC and Dr.eye have this Editor: Well, ok then. It's fine to have a few examples of **感 words, but I don't think we need to have more than a few (and we already have several in CEDICT). ABC has many others of this kind of construct -- e.g. 安全感 sense of security 恐怖感 sense of fear 空虛感 sense of emptiness 失落感 sense of loss 危機感 sense of danger 幽默感 sense of humor 正義感 sense of justice 自卑感 sense of inferiority 參與感 sense of participation etc But what do you do when you come across such a construct that's not in the dictionary? For example, 新鮮感 "sense of novelty" isn't in ABC. Better to explain how 感 is used as a suffix (in the entry for 感) and then you don't need to write a separate definition for each of these words. |
