<< review queue entry 42166 - submitted by 'xiaoxiong' >> format Editor: I'm not sure what your thinking is, since there are no supporting comments. The proposed change would imply that 僱 doesn't have a simplified form. But, along with 儿(兒) etc., I find 雇(僱) in the simplification charts at 简化字总表 http://zh.wikisource.org/zh/%E7%AE%80%E5%8C%96%E5%AD%97%E6%80%BB%E8%A1%A8 As I wrote a couple of weeks ago ~ My understanding of CEDICT's format is that, in an entry T S [...] /.../ where S is different from T, the S is supposed to be a character designated as a simplified form of T in the post-1949 reforms. (And where there is no simplified equivalent specified, S should be the same as T.) |
