Can anyone show that it can mean "steam-driven mill"?
Most refs seem to think it's simply a 压路机.

Editor: can't really find any examples where it would mean "steam-driven mill", either. Moreover, it seems that the consensus in major English dictionaries (MacMillan, Longman, Oxford, Cobuild etc.) is that "steamroller" is written as a single word, so I'll follow their way of writing it.
