My Chinese professors and the Middlebury textbook claim this word is pronounced jia2ke4

Editor: 夾[jia2] "lined (garment)" makes more sense than 夾[jia1] "press from either side", but NC, N and NA [*] all say jia1 -- perhaps it's to match the other way of writing it ~ 茄克[jia1 ke4].
Other sources agree with [jia2].

[*] NC, N and NA = New Century, nciku, New Age
Diff:
- 夾克 夹克 [jia1 ke4] /jacket (loanword)/
# + 夾克 夹克 [jia2 ke4] /jacket (loanword)/
+ 夾克 夹克 [jia2 ke4] /jacket (loanword)/also pr. [jia1 ke4]/
