做鸡 is technically also a construct, 鸡 on its own can mean "prostitute". here's an example from 百度:
知道她是鸡,你还会和她结婚吗?

anyway, my points is, 做鸡/做鸭 are very common expressions and it would be nice to include them. also, where do you draw the line between a construct and a legitimate two character word? are 作弊、做人、做主 etc all constructs?

Editor: "Where do you draw the line" ? One rule-of-thumb is to check whether the meaning is obvious from the component hanzi. On that basis, at least, I think that 做人 and 做主 are different from 做鸭 and 做鸡, in that their meaning can't be easily inferred from their component hanzi. But anyway, other editors would like to include both 做鸭 and 做鸡, and I don't have strong feelings against it.
Diff:
+ 做鴨 做鸭 [zuo4 ya1] /(slang) (of a man) to work as a prostitute/
- 雞 鸡 [ji1] /fowl/chicken/CL:隻|只[zhi1]/
+ 雞 鸡 [ji1] /fowl/chicken/CL:隻|只[zhi1]/(slang) prostitute/
