I don't see why we should especially note #6 ~ needing to be dealt with tactfully to avoid embarrassment -- 'a sensitive issue' ... and I think "pretext for censorship" is not part of the meaning of 敏感, but a gratuitous comment on the Chinese government's handling of dissent |
