it's neutral

Editor: Sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't.

In a Chinesepod lesson, the Chinese presenter introduces the word 脾气, in isolation, saying it with a neutral tone qi5.
The other presenter says "Ok, 2nd and neutral. But I gotta say, sometimes that neutral tone kinda sounds like a fourth tone,
doesn't it?"

A short time later, the Chinese presenter can be heard using the word 脾气 within a sentence, using 4th tone.

In the lessson dialog itself, the voice actor says 我脾气不好,一着急就发脾气,老跟她吵架。
The first 脾气 (which occurs in the middle of a phrase) is pronounced píqi, while the second (which comes at the end of a
phrase demarcated with a comma) sounds more like píqì.
Diff:
# - 發脾氣 发脾气 [fa1 pi2 qi4] /to get angry/
# + 發脾氣 发脾气 [fa1 pi2 qi5] /to get angry/
