Editor: Well, I think it's correct, even though
a) dict.cn says it means "bumph" [which apparently means "reading
materials (documents, written information) that you must read and
deal with but that you think are extremely boring"!]
b) 手紙 means "letter (sent in the post)" in Japanese
:-)
