We shouldn't ever have two entries (one with comma and one without) because the software
should find the entry whether or not there is a comma in the search key or the headword.
(And that is the case with the MDBG dictionary site.)

I am also proposing a slight revision of the wording of the definition.

Editor: agree with that, software should take care of punctuation, not a dictionary problem
