I'm from Australia, where "plan" and "mobile" are commonly used terms, but I don't think there is any problem understanding what "service package" or a "cell phone" are in Australia. CC-CEDICT definitions are written mostly in American English, and I think that when you add terms to allow for usage in other countries, it can bloat the definition unnecessarily. |
