Editor: I'm not sure whether 倍数 would be translated as "multiplier" outside of the field of economics, but I'm sure it's correct, and does no harm here. 放大倍数 doesn't seem to me so difficult to understand with just "multiple" for 倍数, and anyway, we now have an entry for the whole expression 放大倍数. But there could be other examples where "factor" and "multiplier" are helpful. |
