In addition, the Chinese phrase is not necessarily used in relation to a movement of people (though that is a common usage) ~ 她們在社區內，也循例扮演家裡的賢妻良 母角色，默默擔負著扶老攜幼的工作。 I have put this more literal sense second in the definition, since it is less common than the sense that is specifically applicable to the movement of a large number of people.
