<< review queue entry 38646 >> My Taiwanese friend told me they pronounce 垃圾 as ㄌㄜㄕㄜ (as in 樂社). And that's how you input it in a zhuyin based IME anyway. Editor: that's not so. I've always heard lese, and that's how it is in dictionaries. And ㄌㄜㄕㄜ doesn't work in my IME. Your friend is suffering from hypercorrection. Look it up. |
