Found too in some political books, such as Chinese Foreign Policy by analyst
Marc Lanteigne.

Editor: That's beyond the scope of a dictionary.

Essentially, it just means "fifth generation", a meaning which is covered by our entries for 第, 五 and 代.
It can refer to various things depending on the context.

In English too, "fifth generation" refers to many different things in different contexts (such as computing,
jet-fighter technology, Chinese cinema, Chinese politics etc.) but you won't find a definition of "fifth
generation" in English dictionaries.
Diff:
# 第五代 第五代 [di4 wu3 dai4] /term that refers to the upcoming generation of Chinese leaders, born in the 50's, including Xi jinping and Le Keqiang./
