Perhaps it's just a construct that I'm not aware of. I didn't find it in the
couple of dictionaries I checked,
and I inferred the meaning from the context of examples, so my
definition may not be quite right.

Editor: yes it's a construct. 有一比 -> 有得一比 and 有一比 is itself a
construct. 有一+v
However sometimes the only way to convey a use is to accept a
construct.
Diff:
# 有得一比 有得一比 [you3 de2 yi1 bi3] /to be very similar/
+ 有得一比 有得一比 [you3 de2 yi1 bi3] /can be compared/to be very similar/
