I have added this meaning as 'angry appearance' but my wife (Taiwan born and bred university professor) confirms that 焢肉 is universally pronounced kong4 rou4. So, as the only current use of the character appears to be for this Taiwanese dish, I have added kong4 and kong4 rou4 |
