My wife who exclusively speaks chinese to her parents was not able to discern the meaning of 医药老板 until I stumbled across this alternative definition: http://dict.cn/%E5%8C%BB%E8%8D%AF%E5%85%AC%E5%8F%B8 Editor: That definition may have given you some sort of idea, but don't trust dict.cn: that entry says that 医药公司 means "pharmaceuticals", and that's incorrect; it means "pharmaceutical company" or "drug company". "Pharmacology" is something else again -- the study of drugs ~ 藥物學, 藥理學, 藥劑學. |
