Dictionaries don't seem to have the first meaning, which is the only one my
wife recognises. Saw reports like this yesterday:

Editor: Taiwanese "thih be", thus some currency in Tw -- outside of that, references you will find to 鐵馬 are *names* of specific bikes:
"本田马格纳250与本田铁马400"
that's the name of a Honda bike (a motorcycle in fact)
